​A comprehensive wellness, rehabilitation, and leadership learning management system (LMS), RRRU is now live ONLINE! 

RRRU is a transformational program, created by our Founder Pamela Winn based on her lived experience and the many challenges she faced returning home from incarceration. RestoreHER has used the RRRU curriculum to successfully graduate five (5) in-person cohorts of RRRU fellows since its introduction, with ZERO recidivism among participants who completed the coursework. The achievement of our fellows confirms that this programming is life-changing! However, we determined that only offering RRRU fellowship in-person limited the number of women who were able to participate, both due to geographic limitations and other challenges to in-person attendance. Thus, we embarked on a project to create an online Learning Management System (LMS), redesigned for an online format with instructional videos, section quizzes and certification upon completion! 

The RRRU LMS is a self-paced online curriculum, without any geographic limitations, redesigned in this format to help individuals evolve beyond survival — into strength, purpose, and transformation.

The Renew Rebuild Restore U (RRRU) program was originally created by Pamela Winn to address the systemic gaps faced by directly impacted women of color. It remains deeply rooted in their lived experience, needs, and power.
But this curriculum is not exclusive! RRRU is for anyone navigating a life transition, trying to move forward after trauma, legal system involvement, or simply feeling stuck. Whether you’re coming home from incarceration, rebuilding after loss, facing economic hardship, or starting fresh, RRRU offers a path forward.
